For bookkeepers and business owners who get statements as PDFs

Convert bank statements without uploading them

Drop a statement PDF and get an import-ready CSV or Excel file in seconds. Every row is checked against the statement’s own balances before you rely on it, and the file never leaves your machine.

No account needed to preview. Scanned and password-protected files are refused, not guessed.

Numbers you can rely on

Every running balance and total is re-added to the penny before a result is called verified. If something does not add up, you find out here, not at reconciliation time.

Client confidentiality, by architecture

The statement is read in your browser tab and never uploaded, so there is nothing for anyone to store or leak. Watch the network panel if you want proof.

Seven UK banks, certified in public

Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, Monzo, Starling, Revolut, and first direct, each certified against a published benchmark. Anything else is refused honestly, never guessed.

How it works

01

Drop the statement PDF

Use the digital PDF from online banking, up to 250 pages. It opens on your device and nothing is transmitted.

02

The arithmetic checks itself

The parser certified for your bank reads every row and re-adds the balances. Anything it is not sure about is flagged beside the original page, so review takes minutes, not an evening.

03

Import it first time

Save a Xero or FreeAgent preset CSV, a generic accounting CSV, or typed Excel, generated on your device and ready to import without cleanup.

The spreadsheet that looks right usually is not

Generic converters hand you plausible spreadsheets with real mistakes inside: wrapped descriptions split into extra rows, transactions lost at page breaks, money out sitting in money in. You normally find out at reconciliation time. This converter re-does the bookkeeping before you see the result, and one penny out means no verified badge.

Accuracy you can audit

Every bank layout is benchmarked through the full pipeline before it ships: real PDF bytes in, parsed rows out, compared with known truth. Corrupted statements with shifted balances, missing rows, and swapped columns must never come out verified. These are the current numbers, regenerated with every parser change.

Files that import first time

No format zoo. CSV and Excel cover UK accounting work, so those two are built carefully instead of six built loosely.

CSV

Opens cleanly in Excel (UTF-8 with BOM), UK or ISO dates, strict RFC 4180 quoting, and formula-injection protection. Presets shape the columns and signed amounts exactly the way Xero and FreeAgent expect them.

Excel (XLSX)

Real date and currency cells rather than text, a frozen header, filters, and an optional checks sheet recording exactly which verifications passed for the file you are holding.

Presets tested for Xero and FreeAgent; generic CSV suits QuickBooks and Sage workflows.
